I have Huawei P30 lite, seller told me in advance that it's not support. The issue is not with hardware, the issue is with software. I went into App Gallery and downloaded "USB Endoscope and it works perfectly.
The USB C didn't work, the Micro USB was loose. I had to use USB A to USB C adapter to have it work.
